It is not possible to accept returns for bespoke ordered products. However should you receive a Basildon Wallpapers mural in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us as soon as possible. We shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the products. If you notify a problem to us under this condition then at your option we will either:
Make good any shortage or non-delivery; Replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or refund you the full amount you purchased the goods for in question . And (except where you are dealing as a consumer) we shall have no further liability to you.
Any products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging.
